Traditional uses
A small, acrid root for forgetfulness, restlessness, and a chest full of phlegm in the traditional spirit lesson. People now look it up for brain fog. It is more moving than Suan Zao Ren. Preparation often includes licorice or honey to reduce irritation. Not a memory drug and not care for dementia.
