Five-flavor fruit. Used for a chronic cough that is dry and empty, for sweat that will not stop, and for a spirit that is scattered, in textbook language. The sour taste is the astringent idea. It does not treat asthma.

Not for self-dosing. Not when there is an acute exterior pattern you are trying to release, or a damp internal pile-up. Care in pregnancy, with reflux, and with liver disease. Can interact with drugs metabolized by the liver.
